I'm so grateful to have been referred here...it's been a long, bumpy road and the journey is not yet over for us, but from diagnosing to surgery and treatment we've had an exceptional experience. Mainly my dog has seen Dr. Ko who is a truly incredible vet and human, and I would like to believe that my Flynn is the only one who gets "special treatment" but truthfully, I've watched him with many others and he is so attentive to each individual and loves them all equally. He really takes the time with each animal to make sure that you know they are being well attended to and that they are not just a number. We've also had great experiences with other specialists as well, and all the techs (Sheila we love you!) have been so kind and compassionate and helpful. In the past year that we've been coming, I've seen that they work tirelessly each day to make sure our pets are taken care of...I often wonder how they keep up because I have seen them giving their all to animals day in and out. I haven't been here for an emergency yet, and I hope we will never have one, but I would bring my dogs here if/when that day comes. I think it's very important for pet owners to remember that these vets are still human and are working overtime to help many pets each day. We can't always assume to know what's going on behind the scenes, and often they are dealing with multiple emergencies at once. I also feel that when it comes to specialty and emergency situations, as pet owners we have to be prepared to spend money to get to the bottom of things, as our pets can't tell us what's going on with them. I know it can be a whirlwind when your pet is in distress and can feel like you're being taken advantage of, but I wholeheartedly believe that these guys are doing the very best and want the best for our pets. I'm sorry if anyone else has had less of an experience than that here, but that is not something I personally have witnessed. No facility is going to be perfect, and no two situations are the same, but I trust these guys over many others!

We can not say enough amazing things about this place. We are from out of town and our dog Wilbur had lost movement in his back two legs and ended up having emergency surgery there and staying for almost a week. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER from the front desk to the techs in the back that we interacted with there were incredible from start to finish. Dr. Adams, Wilbur's neurologist and surgeon walked us through every step, answered all our questions in detail, never rushed us, updated us twice daily and took such good care of our little guy. It takes a special kind of person to work with animals and this hospital is full of those people. Thank you all for the love and kindness you showed towards our pup and to us.

It is upsetting for anyone to have to take a pet to an emergency medical facility. But if you find yourself in that situation, this is the place I recommend. The facility is clean and beautiful. Everyone there is competent, kind and compassionate. There might be a wait but they are worth it. Reasonable prices too. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
